When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Processing times for other products may vary, so check out the product pages for more information. When your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number to track your package.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope, when you place an order with us, you don’t pay duties or shipping costs. We do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

Why was my order cancelled?

Braintrust reserves the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion. For more information about your specific case, please contact us.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

In some cases, the carrier can take an additional 1 to 2 business days to update your shipment after the processing period. If your tracking number isn’t available or working after this time, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

You will have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel your order. To cancel an order, please contact us using the form below. After that time has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

Can I return my order?

All products are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds.

What happens if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?

Please contact us using the form below so we can address your issue. For damaged items, please include a photo of the defective product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products globally to hundreds of countries, with the exception of Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, China, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
